Indian Consular Services

In total I have assisted the Honorary Consul General of India in Luxembourg, Mr. MD Venkataraman with his interest and task to serve the Indian Community for a total 7 years. A big part of my time contribution went towards the Consular Services tied up with the Indian Embassy at Brussels from Luxembourg.

Indian Consular Helpdesk in Luxembourg had been a place where I came across Individuals from all walks of life who are connected to India. The experience kept me grounded and the insight made me appreciate bureaucratic practices. It also kept me connected to my Indian side after living here for over 30 years.

The Consular Helpdesk tasks made me formulate and create a system to be put in place that was to the Embassy, to the Honorary Consul as well as the peoples liking. The semi-professional works of a Passport-Seva.
